Night awakening 3 years old kid

I need advise to break my 3 years old son sleeping routine. He was a good sleeper for almost 1.5 year, but it is over.
He goes to bed around 8.3o and wakes up 11 or 12 pm and comes out of his bed. I walk him back to bed, sometimes he falls asleep quickly, other times he comes out 2-3 more times until I go to sleep with him.
I tried encourage him to fell asleep back on his own, but he could not.
Now I would like to try homeopathy to break this routine.

What is your recommendation?

Thanks in advance!

Dr Mahfooz,
he does sleep uneasily part of the night, other wise he sleeps soundly.
Has he worms? How should I know that?
My sons diet is balanced. He eats a little breakfast and 4 more times a day. His last meal is around 6-7pm.
He likes veggies, bread and milk. Not much of fruits.

He is very emotionally sensitive, and lately he wants to be with me all the time, even at night.

Do you have any suggestions?

Dr Mahfooz,
my son just got a bad cough. Should I wait to start giving him Chamomilla for sleeping?

Thanks
