Homeopathy for Kittens..??
Friends,I hav three kittens of age 2.6 months, lost mother.
one among three is very dull.Doesnt play its littermates doesnt eat (takes very little) no improvements in weight. food habit is only milk and rice,egg. no raw meat/fish (no nonveg). the symptoms accurs after it catch/consume a house lizard few days ago..( since then its very dul...) like to sit quite wherever the place is hot. (on stabilizer, UPS, TV) how homeopathy will help ..?

Yesterday on others advice i have given Ars Alb.30c and found litle improvement..it shown litle response now. it try to play with its littermate and doesnt play much. BUT i found a little blood stains in its stool...and it feel uneasy when i hold her on stomach (may be its paining)it crys. plz help me to stop the blood in stool..what could be the problem..

when was ars 30c administered?
was blood noticed in stool before or after ars 30C?
what color of blood in stool?how dark?streaked?spotted?....etc

Blood in stool probably points to the lizard. The kitty was just too young to eat one or part.
Give some CARBO VEG, as this is good for the digestive system and is used many times in the event of "possible death." Sabra

Blood stains found after Ars Alb. this morning..very smal amount...stool also, foul smelling. dark yellow/red in colour..

yes kitty is too small.. but i swallowed whole lizard..when i try to stop it.(its 6 days now) after 3 days this symptoms starts. to day morning its little better..running around..start play with its littermates (little) ask for food/milk..run towards the plate. in all its little active.
Now i have given her 30 Carbo Veg in diluted in milk
should i repeat the Ars Alb...or Carbo Veg...?

arsenicum was all you needed ---if running around --more like ars 200c would have been correct--

well.. Ars Alb 200c how often i should repeat the dose. what form..? first i have given in milk...second time in powder form dry on tongue..(this way its easy to feed her)Ars alb 200c in glucose /lactose .

no --do not give arsenicum 200c ---my meaning is --that should have prescribed arsenicum 200c instead of arsenicum 30c...playing is good sign that ars 30c had good response--a little delayed but ok....just keep close eye on kitten ---

Kitty is stil dull. After Ars Alb. yesterday she shown little improvement,, she was moving around and start playing. afternoon she dint take any food...little milk only. again back on TV or on UPS. stool with little mucos and little red/yellow , blood stain again seen with foul smel. plz help...

if seen improvement with ars 30c and NO new symptoms have occured then--give single dose "only" arsenicum 200c..

New symptoms are slimy loos stool with mucus, no blood..foul smell. doesnt play much no runaround..just sit in a place where its warm..(on UPS) eat mincd meat ball (cooked)small and egg pice, rice n little milk.

what remedies has kitten had besides arsenicum 30c?
if all the other kittens also have loose stools and still breast feeding,then give single dose (2 pellets) "only" calcarea carbonica 30c....to mother cat....
if not breast feeding,then need to look into food source--as causation--or other common factor

when exactly was mother 'lost'? at what age were kittens?
diarrhea most likely from rice/eggs/milk----do not use pateurized milk---warmed raw milk better...raw meat mix good--in small portions ---frsh kill best but no adult cat to provide will hinder this process--also depends how much mother's milk kitten(s) obtained before mother lost (if at all)---

well what is the RDA for 75 days kittys. someone suggest me of giving Threptin biscut a day (22 cals) does it hav any adverse effect on kittys.(protien food suppliment. it has offensive diahrea..(very foul smell - very slimy/loose)
i stoped egg..
now shes little better, she runnarround, and play little..

possible sodium content of processed "protein food" mentioned -- additive to threptin biscuit..possible Nicotinamide in effect as such--
readjust diet to some raw milk-very small amount of cod livcer oil--raw meat (fresh kill best)
observe what occurs with change of diet --access from that point...

Must get dropper and thin baby food Lamb with water and give warm dropper every hour, as much as will take. Cow's milk not good for kitten. One can get dropper and proper milk formula at pet store.

The best milk for this kitten is goat's milk. Baby goats are much smaller in size than baby cows and are closer in size to human babies. The protein in cows milk is too large to be digested by humans. Raw is better than pasteurized but goats milk is by far the best. Meyenberg sells it in the can or powdered at Wal-mart or the health food store. Goat's milk is non-allergenic and it strengthens the immune system. You can add some raw egg yolk to this and some raw honey and colostrum. The recipe I found on a holistic website for puppy/kitten formula is as follows:
-1C. goat's milk
-2 egg yolks
-1T. Colostrum
-1T. raw honey or molasses
If the animal seems to be fading, like it is crossing over and just to share this with all of you.

-Place the animal on a heating pad.
-Give Carbo Veg. 200C and Silicea 30C every 15 minutes. Once improved, every 2-3 hours. Add 1/4 teaspoon of buffered vitamin C to the above milk formula and feed the animal every 1-2 or 2-3 hours to get its strength back.
My wolfe hybrid pup was raised on goats milk as her mother abandoned her and she was the only survivor out of the litter when we adopted her. All of my animals receive this daily for their well being.
