Urethral stricture (membranous urethra)
I am 45 years old single male. I have this problem for almost 15 years now, but latterly from 1 year it is very strong.My symptoms are as:
Continuous itching AFTER each urination with feeling of remainig urine deeply inside the penis. The itching remains up to the next urination. Some times I cannot sleep due to this itching.
Parllel with this I feel pain in the left part of the perineum and testicle which amplifies when sitting.
The maximum time of not going to the bath room is two hours. The urine flow sometimes is weak, some times is a little bit more strong, but the fluorometric measurements were about 10ml/s in the max. Some times I feel very tired after going to the bathroom. Some times after I think that I am done I still drible.
The reason for this Urethral membranous stricture is a non-bacterial congestial urethritis/prostatitis, so antibiotics do not work...The membranous stricture is assosiated with some swelling and inflammation of colliculus seminalis (urethrocystoscopy result)
Up to now I have tried Cantharis 15CH 3times daily, Clematis 15CH, but it doesnt work.
Could you please prescribe me something more efficient? Can I use Conium and in what dose?

List of your complain first 1) Continuous itching and burning sensation in the end of the penis and deeply inside AFTER each urination, with feeling of remainig urine deeply inside the penis and not fully emptiing the blader. However there is no any residual urine in the blader after fluorometric/echographic examination.
2) At the same time pain in the left part of the perineum and testicle which amplifies when sitting.
10. Since how long you are suffering for each complain - from the first from 1 year; From the second (alone) from 10-12 years after congestive urethritis/prostatitis

Have tried several medicines - from antibiotics (Cypro and Amoxiclav) through Omnic up to Saw-palmetto, Quercitin and Cernilton. No results at all.
16. What exactly is happening
Probably it is due to very frequent (3-4 times weekly) and long (more than 4 hours sexual excitations)-at least the congestive urethritis...
17. How do you feel ?
Due to the permanent itching the sleep is very poor - have to stay at least 2 times between 12 nad 7 in the morning
18. How does this affect you ?
Very nervous,sudden high blood pressure up to 180/100, cannot concentrate, cannot sit for longtime
19. How does it feel like ?
Continuous itching and burning in the penis and deeply iside the urethra after the urination - up to the next one. Feeling of something deeply inside the urethra and trying to remove it urinating. Frequently sweating.
20. What comes to your mind ?
That the only remedy is the operation, but the percentage of recurrences is too high after 1 year for the urethrotomy.
21. One situation that had a big effect on you ?
this one - with no options about the cure.

Hopeless

I am homeopath rssaini.i would suggest PLATINA-MET30c thrree doses only to be taken at half hour interval without repetion.good luck.
