Azoospermia - Urgent plz plz plz plz help
Hello doctor's,Azoospermia - Nil sperm count.
I am 37years old and 4 year of married life and i am pure vegge. No smoking, no alcohol.
Little summary: I had undergone surgery 1 1/2 year ago to clear the blocks. After that also i did not get any counts. More over my semen qty is too low and high viscous. In the lab they say it is difficult to carry on semen test with such a low qty.
I do not have any sex related problem.
Doctors are suggesting for IVF but we are not ready both mentally and financially. As i have already tried all sorts of medicines and have spent a lot for this.
My wife has no problem, her periods are regular.
So, could you pleae tell me is it possible to cure my problem and have a baby.
If possible pl. advise me the proper medication.
Both of us are tensed as we both are getting aged.
My wife is at 30 now.

Already you know. it is very difficult task. I require more detail with ultra sonography report of the testies and pelvic area.

Recently i got Dopler study done and the report is below.
Doppler Study of Scrotal.
Both testes are noramal in size and echotexture. No evidence of focal lesions / clarifications. Intratesticular vascularity is normal.
Right testis measures : 3.9 x 2.3 x 1.8 cms.
Left testis measures : 3.8 x 2.5 x 1.8 cms.
Both epididymi are normal in size and echotexture.
Right epididymis measures : 5 mm.
Left epididymis measures : 8 mm.
No evidence of varicocele is seen on either sides.
No evidence of hydrocele is seen on either sides.
Scrotal wall thickness normal.
Impression:
Normal study
suggest clinical correlation.
