Fear of Intercourse
I have patient (female) who have very very much fear fir intercourse even hasitate / frightened to touch viganal area. In past she suffered from Uterine febriods, lower back pain and remained under Allopathic treatment, finally her uteris was removed surgically,but her all symptoms are still stand even after 10 years of surgery like as backache, heavyness in lower abdomen, meanwhile a new symptom of aversion / fear to intercourse is develped and her husband is very disturb in this regard, please suggest a suitable remedy / group of remedies.Thanks.

please take the following medicine.
1. Kreosote 10M weekly one doe i.e.every sunday.
2. Sepia 200 daily one dose at morning (except sunday)
3. Mimulus (Batch flower remedy) daily one dose of 2 drops at night.(except sunday)
continue for one month and report me.

Dear Dr. Abdur Razzaq, AOA,
I do not disagree with dr. sharma but Kreosot and Sepia are good remedies in case of pain/convulsions et.c.etc. But my preference in this case is Steph.200 One dose daily at night and before having intercourse.Why I suggest it? This is a case of incision/Surgery and steph. alway give prompt response in these case. Also it is useful in fear of intercourse mentally.

dr. sharma is correct in saying mental symptoms are supreme. but in this case along with the fear of coition she is sensitive to touch with fear of touch and approaching things ,so as per my analysis she needs one dose of ARNICA-200 only.

it is super medicine i.e. 1st graded symptom and ruberics fear to touch .
Realy I forget to this rubrics . I fail to recognise this rubrics is present in this sentence.
on the basis of fear to touch . she can take first doses of Arnica 200 wait and see the result. if fail Then shift to other drugs.
The two more drugs fear to coition is kreosote, sepia should be consider..

I can't believe people are suggesting such frequent doses. One dose of 10m a week, or one dose of 200c daily--this is irresponsible prescribing. These prescriptions are sure to result in aggravation and make the patient worse. A moderator should step in and discourage such obviously irresponsible prescribing.
