anxiety and crying

for the last 8 months, I wake up anxious about coping with such small things, like going shopping. when I get up I start crying then get so tired from the crying I have to go back to bed. There is no reason for this. I am better as the day wears on. I have been taking Nat. Mur but without much success

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
How often are you taking Nat. Mur, for how long, and at what potency? Dry pellets or a liquid solution that you 'succuss' in between dosings? It isn't intended for frequent use. Nat. Mur. may not be the right remedy for you, or it may be you have taken it too often and should stop for a while to see whether things change for you.

Have been taken dry pellets. have taken 30c 200c and 1m
over the last 2 1/2 months.
have only taken 200c in am and pm over the last 2 weeks.
Would Lycopodium been better, taken in a 200c

That is far too much. You may be 'proving' the remedies. If Nat. Mur. was the right remedy you might have needed only one dose.

Don't take any remedies at all for at least a couple weeks to let yourself stabilize (might take longer) and then let us know how you are doing. How did you arrive at Nat. Mur.? Did a homeopath prescribe that? If not, you might want to explain your symptoms so one of the homeopaths here can re-evaluate whether that is the right one.

Good luck!

What happened to you eight months ago to start you off taking remedies? You seem to be self prescribing, this is not a good thing to do.
These remedies are energy, taking the right one will help, the wrong one can lead to great trouble, if taken too many times. There are reasons for saying this, not to scare you but to make you aware of the power involved in curing disease with Hpathy. As daisy said take no more for a few weeks then repost when you are a bit clearer.

thanks for replying - I was prescribed nat mur by a homeopath - she has been registered for 13 years, so hopefully is a good one. If a remedy is working how long before it takes any effect, or when should you give up on it.
Thanks again for replying

when I said I took 200c of nat mur am and pm I only meant once, not every day for two weeks.

Depending on sensetivity, it works instantly, or anytime up to a week. If no great improvement in that time then the case has to be taken again. Why don't you ask the Hpath for info, or would it cost much?
There are other possibilities, Ignatia, Aurum met, for a start, but without taking details it's not really easy to say what will help best.
Hope this clears things up for you.
