Diabete & Blocked Nose - Need Advice Badly

Dear Doctors,

Hi there. First I like to give you my physical & environmental details.
Age: 40 years; Weight: 84 KG ; Height: 5ft 5.5 inch Man. Married.
Currently employed in a Maritime Port in Sydney, My job some times takes me to a very dusty environment.

Last year I was diagnosed with Diabetes; Type II currently taking 2 tablets every day morning & night.
My nose was blocked from 1995 to 2002, In Bangladesh with a Homeopathic Doctor help I got cured. After coming to Sydney in 2005 - I got my nose blocked again. I take all sorts of Nose Clearing medicine - day & night. with out them i.e. With a blocked nose I feel very agitated & uncomfortable.

Recently when I take 12 Hour Nasal Spray, I started to sneeze for couple of minutes vigorously. And nasal spray works on me only for 3 to 4 hours these days. Along with this some times I have Sinus problem.

I sleep well without any dreams. I am satisfied.

I have callus on my left foot's little finger. I have a rotten nail on my left foot's thumbnail. Also I have 5-6 warts at my left thigh.

I have a feelings that I loosing my immunity. My left tonsil used to get infected very often. I had Marc Iod for that. I am not facing this problem any more but I have feelings that it can come back any time soon.

I eat mostly vegetables & little rice. I have lost my interest to eat meat somehow, which I liked most before. But still I am gaining weight.

I feel pain on my both feet ankle often - especially at night. If my 5-year-old son walks on my feet & body it relaxes me.

This days I loose my spirit often. I dont do many important things timely even I know it is happening.

Could you please prescribe me medication for my diabates, BLOCKED NOSE, ankle pain, warts, rotten nail,weight control / loss & over all gaining vitality for my body or something you may think right for me.

Thanks for the response. With tablets remains 6 to 8. But without tablet it goes up to 16 to 21.

About the Blocked nose. Never diagnosed by any doctors physically - Only verbally I informed that it could be a effect of allergen or dust.
