Smoking and premature ejaculation
Hi thereI'm 29 years old and a smoker. I just got married 5 months ago. Things are going pretty decent but i have noticed that when i make love to my wife with condom on, its alright but without condom i ejaculate way too fast.. even with condom sometimes its a bit early ... so i'm really concerned that i am probably suffering from premature ejaculation problem. I understand that smoking plays a part in this as i have read several articles. So i'm planning to quit. Now i need your help doing all this.
I need help to quit smoking with less cravings and withdrawl symptoms to make it atleast a bit easy.
Second thing: I need help in this early ejaculation problem as it may lead to relationship problem in future, so i want to fix it fast if somehow possible.
I don't have any other medical history and for the record i've been smoking for about 12 years now around 10-15 cigs a day.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH QUITTING SMOKING AND PREMATURE EJACULATION.

Sorry for getting back bit late; was a bit busy.. I took one dose every night for 5 days; i'm not sure how to explain it, as i'm not sure if its the effect of that medicine, but i felt actually bit week, low energy, and the medicine may have had minimal effects but nothing significant .. like no major change that i can see or tell you. Please advise as how to proceed as my energy levels are very down and i feel very lazy also urge to smoke is still there and i really want to quit... also i'm planning to start family now and we tried couple of times but no luck yet .. so we are going to try again, please advise.

the cure is very very simple please read carefully it worked 4 me when ur about to ejaculate first squeeze VERY hard lower part of the penis with one hand and top of the penis with other hand when u do this sperm can not come out
imagine you penis is like a pipe you squeeze lower part of the penis very hard with ur fingers around the lower part of the penis the other hand squeezeing top of the penis VERY hard with fingers round the penis head its important u do this when ur jus about to ejaculate with ur both hands squeezeing at the same time
when i say lower part of the penis its very lower part of the penis
when sperm dont come out for few months u will get better its worked for me the advantage is u get the satisfaction but do not lose energy. recovery can be slow but u will recover when u do this breath in and out sometime u have to push the testicals gently down so its easy to wrap ur fingers round the lower part of the penis
