diffuse disc herniation
Dear Doctors,A patient aged 40 is suffering from diffused disc herniation. Pain radiates from lower back to the legs with un-ability to walk.Pain aggravte by motion. His report of M.R. Lumber Spine (plain) is as under:-
1. Multilevel disc dessication with disc protrusion at L4, L5 & L5-S1, annular tears L4-L5.
2. Diffuse disc protrusion at L4-L5 level casing central canal & bilateral recesses compression with hypertrophy of ligaments falum.
3. Disc protrusion at L5-S1 level causing central canal & left recess compression.
4. Incidental note schmoral's nodes at opposing end plates of D11 & D12.
5. Vertibral heights and marrow signals are normal.
6. Straigtining of Lumber curve.
IMPRESSION: DIFFUSE DISC HERNIATION AT L4-L5 CAUSING CENTRAL CANAL AND BILATERAL RECESSES COMPRESSION. DISC PROTRUSION AT L5-S1 CAUSING CENTRAL CANAL AND LEFT RECESS COMPRESSION.
It is requested that some suitable medicine may kindly be selected and share your experience for the above patient. He is very poor and cannot bear the expenses of Operation as the Allopathic professional are stressing for Operation.

Thanks for reply. The patient mentally very up-set, his previous history is not good, he has a history of some fits during which he bad become un-conciouse with body regid. One and half year ago he received severe attack of Typhoid and after that he loses his hearing, but now hearing is Ok. He had feel a little pain in lower back six months before which has been agravated day to day inspite of taking Allopathic medicines. I would to share that someone has advised
LD-1 (Bioron) one ampule daily, I would like invite all the professional to please guide in this regard.
