high blood pressure

my husband has recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Western medicine says he should drink more water, and eat less salt. what else can he do?

rauwolfia serpintina q 10 drops twice daily one hour after every meal crategus q 5-6-drops at bed time for one month drops to be taken in two table spoon of water j k mohla
