Severe IBS Problems

Hi I am suffering with bowels movement problem almost since last 11 year back, I have been spoken by doctors thats I have Severe IBS problem. My endoscopy report is normal No ulcer found.

My details are as give below

Age-- 29
Diet -- vegetarian( already green veg)
Smoke... No
Alcohol... No
Tea ... yes only two time
water consumption ... 2.5 litre every day
exercise... moderatly every day
Worktype .. Software Engineer.



I am describing every thing waht I feel with parts of my body

1) Scalp'- Dry, and falling hair everyday.
2)Mind.--Always thinking for good future, or something fiction, or for others people.
3)Head.--pain, headache, left half mostly pained, just over eyes, Some times it seems somebody hammering inside the head.
4)Eyes.--Redness, dry,heaviness, sleepy and sometimes I fell very small air baloon/star surrounding me,If I concentrate on two object (like pencil, circle, line of character) it become one.
5)Ears.--always dry, itching and some times it seems some wanter want to come out from ear.
6)Nose.-- Some time dry.
7)Stomach.--Aversion to eat. After eating, bloating, flatulence, pulsation in rectum, urge for toilet, Pain around novel, Novel seems Jumping and worse after meal.
Pain above the novel after meal feels like hot, Fullness in region of liver, sometime swelling just under the chest near liver,Weak feeling as if diarrhea would come out.
Great accumulation of flatus, pressing downwards. intolerate of milk and dairy products.
8)Rectum.--Constant bearing down in rectum; bleeding, sore, and hot; relieved by cold water. Feeling of weakness and loss of power .
Sense of insecurity in rectum, when passing flatus because of hot gas. Sometime uncertain whether gas or stool will come (It happened only some time).
Some time Stool passes without effort Sometime a lot of pain,. watery stool. Jelly-like stools, with soreness in rectum after stool.
Sometimes bleeding with stool.
very sore and tender; better cold water application. Burning in anus and rectum.
Constipation, with heavy pressure in lower part of abdomen. Sometime seems like unprocessed stool. pain; after stool, has an urge to move the bowels, but only small amounts come out. Sometime while mucus come out with stool.
9)Urinary.-- Frequent to urinate and a felling of one enlarged prostate. Scanty and high yellow colored .
10)appetiser'- Sometime very good and some time very bad, even sometime got urge to eat in night.
11)Body power'-- Usually feel like weal, but some time very feel very energetic and wants to play football or ride on everest
12)Feet and Sole'- Sometime joins pain and sole burn, feel like to put my leg in cold water.
13)Sleep...Not good, Sometime even I feel, my mind is continuous working working while I sleep, restless.
14)Modalities.--Worse early morning; summer; Better from cold, open air.
15) Others...easy to anger, ca n not listen criticise about me, Ego problem. Always set a high goal, very much ambitious though average performer.Keep lossing memory.
