Potency Required To Remove Miasm

What potency is generally required to remove a miasm, and, how many repetitions of that potency?

I have read that by giving 10M one dose is generally enough, however, I have read several cases where it has been repeated 2 or 3 times before the miamsic taint is removed.

Any comments?
