anxiety and constipation

i include the following: my age is 48 years ,iam thin and weigh about 53kg,i suffered from anxiety neurosis and on stelazine 4mg for 25 years - i have depression for 20years and improved by antidepressant for some years but now nothing helping my depression as matter of fact i began not to tolerate the antidepressant , i also h ave obsession(ocd), i do drink coffee alot for many years to keep me alert and active .just 3 years ago i suffered also f rom atonic severe constipation(inactive colon) which did not responed to any treatments even high dose of senna with magnesium sulphate. also combined with weight loss in spite of having very good appetite and eating well ,all lab l tests were normal , however there is a pigmentation on my forehead for many years. iam mentaly allergic to many foods and beverges as well as perfumes which causes mood swing and depression to me. i had eczema some times which lasted one time for two years , and i noticed soreness in my nipple and intolerance to alcohol, valium did not help my anxiety only low dose of antipsychotic did .but if iam late for only two hours from taking the stelazine or the antidepressant i become anxiouse and cannot concenrtrate or think . my question is : what type of treatments suitable for my conditions ? i look forward to get your reply soon with many thanks.
