Anterior Cruciate Ligament Tear

I am suffering from Anterior Cruciate ligament tear on my left knee. I twisted my knee while playing football. I had gone to an orthopedic surgeon. He has diagnosed this as a Grade 3 ligament tear.
Treatment done so far:-
Aspiration done to remove the blood and fluid surrounding the knee.
The leg was kept in a cast(Plaster of paris) for 3 weeks.
After 3 weeks i am undergoing physiotherapy and i am now recommended a removable brace which i use while moving around.
My leg becomes stiff when i keep it in one position. After a little exercise, I am able to move to and bend my knee to an angle of 135 degrees. Swelling is still present on the knee. And there is severe pain if i try to move it suddenly. I walk with a limp. There is severe pain on the back of the knee, exactly where the knee folds when bent.
The doctor has said if this does not cure in 6 weeks I would need to undergo Arthoscopic Reconstruction surgery. Please let me know if there is a cure in homeopathy, so that the ligament heals up.

Hi Faisal,

I have tried that. Please tell what next.
I have taken an MRI scan. It tells there is a partial tear of the Anerior Cruciate Ligament and also the Medial collateral miniscus.
Please tell me if we can have the partial tear repaired with time and medication or a surgery would be necessary.
Thanks in Advance.
