Facing severe problems after excessive masturbation

I masturbated for 12 years and in the last few years excessively.I have given up masturbation since 3 months completely but the problems are not giving me up.I am facing no sexual power,ejaculations are watery and very poor in volume with no natural odour.Pain in the thighs,testicles,testicular veins,penis has become small and shrunken with numbness.Severe pain in spine,neck,occiput.Severe fall in memory,comprehension and cognitive capacity.Pain in hips,weak legs.poor bowel and digestion.Severe hairfall.I have almost become bald at vertex.Skin is rough but rashes and allergic.Skin gets marked and allergy appear if it is pressed by nails also.No energy and feel inconfidence and dejected.Please help!
