need help....
Greetings...I am trying to help a couple of my family members:
1. One of them (60 year old female) has a bad case of knee arthritis...including continous pain in knees, swelling in both knees , difficulty climbing up or down the stairs, swelling in ankles...I have given her one dose of Rhux Tox 200 a week ago, however, haven't noticed any improvement....may I request one of the experts to kindly guide me in the right direction and advise a remedy.
2. My wife has recently delivered a healthy baby. She had to take epidural during childbirth and now she is experiencing severe back pains on and off...based on whatever I have researched so far it appears as though Arnica 200 and Hypericum 200 in alternating doses might help, however, I would again request one of the experts to kindly guide me.

in first case use arg met 6c thrice daily for one month this is by dr sharma in this forum and is giving good result and in second case you can try kali carb 30c twice daily for five days j k mohla

Yes. Both are good remedy suggestions.
However, I would prefer the following method of administration , in both the cases for the best results.
Always dissolve the pellets(2 pellets)/liquid drops(one drop) in about 30 ml. of water, and stir vigorously before taking the medicine.
Increase the stirring time with each subsequent dose.
If you stirred 5 times the first time, make it 7 for the second dose, 9 times for the next dose, 11 times for the next dose etc.
Always remember to stop taking any homeopathic medicine if you happen to get any troublesome new symptoms.

Kali Carb 30c seems to have helped a lot....many thanks to J K Mohla for the suggestion
Tried the dry dose of arg met 6c for a week with no significant improvement....
Will move to wet dose from tomorrow
Questions for Murthy:
1. Should all of the 30 ml water (with dissolved pellets) be consumed at each dose ?
2. Is this process to be repeated three times daily for a month ?
