Remedy for 10 year old
Please help!I have 10 yr old daughter who always gets the same symptoms regardless of what's going around.
starts out scratchy throat
watery eyes that are extremely sensitive to light.
runny nose which changes sides - does NOT burn though.
These symptoms last several day and turn to a cough that lasts a day or 2.
She won't blow her nose - just wipes it constantly. And wipes eyes constantly. Chews lips.
Not thirsty.
Very hungry.
Aversion to light.
Aversion to clothing.
Will not go outside.
Wants to sleep on couch instead of bed.
Enjoys warm liquids and soup.
She gets these symptoms at the change of seasons. The symptoms resolve in a week and then resume again for round 2 in another 10 days.
Responds well to Belladonna during coughing phase - but I can't quite nail down the right remedy for the other symptoms. Arsenicum and allium don't do it.
Any ideas welcome!

Give her :-
Ars. Alb. 30 (1 Pill) in the mornong for 3 days.
If no improvement within 24 hrs. then report.
Give her :-
Ars. Alb. 30 (1 Pill) in the mornong for 3 days.

rajendra - i will try this. i should have mentioned in original post she is suffering symptoms right now.
very sharp mentally and in studies.
- is she well built or thin>>
well built - not overweight, but tall and muscular
- whats the colour of the expectoration.>>
clear mainly - sometimes pale yellowish if she doesn't blow it out soon enough. (she hates to blow nose)

you can also try EUPHRASIA 30C every 4 hours on day one of the attack and prevent the cold from setting in.
try ars alb 30c as suggested and if theres no response, try euphrasia.

'At first sign of symptoms - 4 days ago - for 4 days (30 c)'
I can't say if the remedy was administered before reporting the case.
Facts are not correct.
Anyway you might have examined why it failed? If so pl. correct me.
It looks to be a case on presumptions.

Better, from coffee, in dark.
Both the remedies works in 'Infleunza'
