early return of mense in 40 year old

My wife had menstruation last week. it stopped as usual by thursday. This week again it started on monday. this has never happened before. she gets cramps in lower abdomen regularly on first day of mense. last time i had given her magphos 12x biochemic only once to relieve her cramps.it is copious bright red with dark clots. She has heaviness in lower abdomen.

First thing to do is to get her checked by a gyneacologist, and make sure that nothing is abnormal.

The bleeding may not be menses and the cause is to be investigated.
