This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As long you are warmly clothed, and avoid unnecessary adventures, you will be O.K.
A couple of woolen sweaters, a long coat, woolen monkey cap, gloves, socks and a good pair of shoes is a must.
Unless you are familiar with homeopathy, carrying medicines may not help much, as different problems need different medicines, even when the causation is exposure to cold.

Thanks Gavinimurthy,
I am familier with homeopathy and use only homeopathy for many years. I need some advice to carry some medicines. My stay will be for a month or so.

Arnica is the best blood warmer. It also regulates the pumping action of the heart.
Keeps arteries, veins and capillaries free from blockages.
If you are hit on the head by dry cold winds, then Aconite is of great use.
In Rainy cold weather...Rhus Tox and Dulcamara ...depending upon symptoms.
Other wise ...just depend upon Camphor 6C...to keep you warm.

Dear Munaj
If you're otherwise reasonably healthy, you can prophylactically take Ars. Alb 30 one dose to keep you trouble free in sub standard temperature. One dose will mostly hold good for a month. In between, if you get any problem you'll have to go by the symptoms.
If you've some specific problem with extreme cold weather, I doubt whether the prophylaxis will work. Any way best wishes.
