Can anyone help me find a remedy?

Hello, can anyone help me find a suitable remedy please? I have a bladder issue.

Seven months ago I had quite a bad UTI, with blood and rather large lumps in the urine, for which I was prescribed a course of antibiotics; to cut a long story short I was given four types of antibiotics, one of which cleared the infection, but not not all of the symptoms. Despite my urine now being clear of infection, it is still very cloudy, sometimes with bits in it. I also suffer from quite intense bouts of pain similar to the onset of cystitis, which sometimes last a day or two, sometimes only an hour. I can only describe the pain as a gripping, dragging, twisting type pain; but sometimes it stings as well.Traditional medicines of paracetamols combined with ibrubrofen take most of the pain away, but I am worried about the damage I may to to my system taking these most days. In additon to the pain, I can say that I am constantly aware of my bladder; sometimes it hurts to urinate, sometimes it doesn't. I wake up between one and fifteen times a night with the urge to pee, but usually it seems pointless as I never pee that much.

Generally I feel tired all the time, probably due to getting up every night; walking makes me worse and sex is almost completely off the cards.

I am waiting for a kidney scan , but would really like some advice on how to manage a condition that, as yet, I can put no name to.

I am a twenty five year old female and my mum has kidney stones.
