Deep Bone Bruise
On July 28th I fell over extension cords and I thought I broke my knee. The pain has been so severe I cried every day for 6 weeks, trying to work. That is NO LIE, I bawled in my hands. I clean houses for a living. I have been to the emergency room twice and had 5 doctors in 9 weeks.I did therapy for 1 month 3 times a week. The 3 dr. was going to perform surgery on the torn ACL i have plus give me a half of knee replacement on Oct 4th, 1 week before surgery he decided that I was still in alot of pain and cancelled the surgery and forwarded me on to another sports injury doctor. Thank god he did, he misdignosed me!!! I went to see her the next dr. the next day still crying in pain. Then I fired her when she would give me Nothing for pain, told me to take asprin or tynoyl, I told her that was a insult to injury. She said if I was in that much pain to go to the emergency room, which I did. She told me to call her with what the ER said, and it was at that point, I told her SHE WAS FIRED!The Er was not happy with what I just told you, and gave me phone numbers for the American Medical Assc and the Board of Health of Pennsylvania. I am presusing this matter.The ER gave me a new set of Doctors and I visited him on Last Thursday and Saturday I had a full body scan, yesterday I got the results from it. The Dr. said I have SEVERE Bruising deep on the bones of the femur, tiblia and the filbula! He gave me 60 pain pills Ultram to take. And said it will be a long heal period 3-6 months and sometimes 6-1 yrs of healing of bruised bones. Not what I want to hear, after I have been in excruiting pain for 10 weeks. And another 6 weeks of more therapy!
I cannot walk, bend my knee, squat, and it is impossible to climb the stairs up and down!!! I just got a handicapped parking permit, because of the pain.
And to top off the pain I experience, the fall has brought on hidden dormant arthristis pain in my knee from a 18 yr old injury. I take Celabrex 400 mg for the Severe arthritis in my Elbow, on hold for a total elbow replacement from trauma as a child. I am 49 yrs old. The Celerbrex isn't touching the knee arthritis so the Dr. said to take the pain pills to make it go away....
I was reading your site on what I can take to help me with this Severe Bone brusing pain. However when I read about Ruta, Eupatorium Perfloiatum and Calcarea Phosphorica. Then it said not to take them all together, so here I am...which one will do the most for me? The EP one?
And what about the severe arthritis I have in my knee? I need lots of help with that one too!
Thanks for all your help. I am now taking Vicodens and Ultrams, so My pain is quite high! And i am not going to take small doses.
Sorry this was long, however it is not nearly as long as what i have been thru in 10 weeks.

Procure all these medicines and keep them handy.
You need all of them at one point or the other.
Arnica 10M, Rhustox 1M, Calc.carb 200C, Ruta 200C, Calc.Phos 200C, Bellis perennis 200C.
All liquid potencies.
Start with Arnica 10M , three doses on a single day, and report back. One dose is a drop well mixed in about 15 ml. of water. Don't take more than three doses.
You have to procure exactly the same potencies, and substitutes won't do.
If they are not available locally, get them from this site.
Just look to your left, and all the medicines will be listed there.

I have another question. Since I will order the Arnica, how long does one take each of these supplements before you move on to the next one? And which would be the first 4 that I would be taking so that when I place a order I have them in correct order?
Will any of these heal the bruised bone faster than forever?
And third what is the difference betwin the pellets and the liquids, besides the price?

Which one is likely to follow it, depends on how far Arnica helps.
We can't predetermine which medicine is going to follow.Most probably it will be one of the medicines suggested.
The liquid potency will help us to take it for a prolonged time, if necessary, by what we call it as a split dose.
Take Arnica 3 doses only, on one day, (Morning, afternoon and evening). No more medicine.
Wait for a day, and report.
