digestive problems

Hi Everyone,

My name is Juro and I am new to the forum.
I've had digestive problems for a long time. I've tried pretty much everything, even homeopathy.
However, I probably did not describe my symptoms correctly that time.
My problem is abdominal cramping causing very unpleasant nausea. I have these every single day.
Is there someone that has any sugestions?

Thank you very much in advance,

Juro

Thank you very much for your interest in helping me.

6. Nausea, caused by abdominal cramping. I therefore have poor appetite, poor sleep, and poor energy level. Started like 18 years ago. I lifted weights and wanted to gain muscles, so I purpously over-ate.
Certain foods make it worse, such as flour products, chips, onions, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, apples, and bananas. Stress makes the symptoms worse.
Fat makes things better, so does fried tofu, steamed cauliflower, and surprisingly alcohol.
7. choleric/melancholy personality.
8. I try to eat lots of vegetables, but also eat sweets. Sometimes tend to over-eat.
9. I don't drink alcohol any more.
10. I eat meat about once a week.
11. NO
12. NO
13. Appetite lower, thirst normal
14. normal
15. NO
16. warmer
17. fall/partly cloudy/morning
least favorite winter/rain/afternoon.
18. I had 3 endoscopies in last 4 years. Each revealed gastritis. I had colonoscopy 5 months ago. there are spotty areas of inflamation in my colon, all testing negative.
I had so far endoscopy, colonoscopy, stomach emptying test, sprue test, stomach X-ray, ultrasound, CAT scan - all came normal except for that gastritis and areas of inflamation on my colon.

Thank you both very much for your reply.
I will try the sulphur then.
Is it really just once a week for two weeks (i.e. only two doses), or was it supposed to be once a day for two weeks?

Thank you very much again,

Juro
