Ulcerative Colitis

My father is suffering from Ulcerative Colitis for last 3 years.He is around 60 years old and is putting up in India. He tried almost all ways of medication including allopathic,homeopathic,ayurvedic but no results. He was prescribed allopathic medicines by doctors in which steriod was given to him due to which lot of side effects has started like body joint pains, low eye vision etc. He has stopped taking steriods now and actual problem of ulcer still continues. He usually have 3-4 stools per day. Following is Colonoileoscopy report:

-----------------------------COLONOILEOSCOPY

RECTUM: Mucosa is hyperemic,edematous,friable with loss of normal vascular pattern and multiple haemorrhagic erosions. An ulcer present in distal rectum with whitish necrotic base and smooth margins. No growth or stricture or polyp seen. No diverticula seen.
SIGMOID COLON: Findings are the same as in rectum with hyperemic,edematous,friable mucosa with loss of normal vascular pattern with multiple erosions. No ulcer growth,polyp or stricture seen. No diverticula seen.
DESCENDING COLON:Normal mucosal pattern, No granularity/friablity,ulceration. No growth seen. No diverticula seen. Splenic flexure is normal.
TRANSVERSE COLON:Normal mucosal pattern, No granularity/friablity,ulceration. No growth seen. No diverticula seen. Hepatic flexure is normal.
ASCENDING COLON: Normal vascular pattern. No pathology present.
CAECUM: Normal mucosal pattern. No granularity/friability/ulceration. No growth seen. Lleocaecal valve is normal.
IMPRESSION: ACTIVE PROCTOSIGMOIDITIS
-----------------------------Please suggest if there is any medication for this problem in homeopathy and what can be done as his condition is detriorating day by day.
