Petroleum 30 dosage for my child

Hello,
I'm giving my 16 months old son Petroleum 30D (30X by some countries standard) for his eczema which has been severe and persistent since it first appeared when he was 3 months old. I just gave him one dose and want to know what i do next. Is that one dose sufficient or should i repeat it?
I would be greatful if dr Rishimba could answer this as he has helped me in the past. Or any qualified homeopath plz.

I figured since it has helped me with my eczema it might would with him. He has large eczema patches on all his body, mainly the face. He is scratching until it bleeds. It is worse at night when he is very uncomfortable and keeps throwing the cover off himself. Before when I was breastfeeding he reacted with aggravation when I took Sulphur which didnt fade away, so I am sure that's not for him. Have also tried Sepia and Petroleum myself while breastfeeding and the Petroleum made it a little better while Sepia didnt make any difference.

dear dalia,
Now I think this is a time to stop every medicine and give him one One dose of sulpher morning before feed for 2/3 days and report. You do not need any medicine to this affect.

Thank you for your help. But as I have said before he became aggravated when I took sulphur while breastfeeding and did not improve after that. I would like to try the Petroleum first. Now some hour after giving him the first dose he is scratching and crying very much. I think this is aggravation, shouldnt I wait for it to go away within the next 3 days or so?

There was slight improvement of the condition which started after half a day of aggravation. The improvement reached its top on the morning after the dose. But after that morning it is not getting either better or worse. Should I give a repeat dose tomorrow or what?

dear dalia,
wait for another 2/3 days for response/progress.

Red, scaly eczema patches on all of the body, mainly the face. On the face it is large patches and on the rest of the body they are shaped and sized like coins. It is very itchy, particularly the face and at night. Patient is scratching until the eczema is bleeding. Sometimes though there is clear liquid coming, it's not yellow and not infected.

The condition is still worse, I thought filling the above questionnaire would help in finding the simillimum. As his mother I feel it is not Sulphur, I have a sulphur child who is so different from him.

Also he is worse from Sulphur, aggravated which didnt go away after many days, but becomes better from Petroleum. I just can't see him suffer again like after he took that dose of Sulphur. He was cutting his skin and I found so much blood on his bed. Plz could u consider an alternative to Sulphur? Thankful for your help.

Dalia last decade
ok Please give single dose of CALCAREA CARBONICA-200 and report after a week.
