Preemie Girl - Left Sided Reducible Inguinal Hernia
Girl is 47 days young being born at 29 weeks of gest age. Baby needs thickening of feed to avoid regurges. No other complications. Left sided reducible inguinal hernia noticed on 45th day.We started Calc Flor 30X once a day.
Request help...

nothing to worry, sometimes it will reduced automatically, pls do not give calc flour 30x but you have to continue Arnica Mont 6 weekly one dose and instead of calc flour you are advise to give Calc Phos 6x daily one dose....

Thank you Dr Deoshlok Sharma & Dr. Rishimba. Now, we have the following advices on hand and need help in deciding:
A) Arnica one dose a week for 6 weeks and Calc Phos 6X daily.
B) Calc Carb.
C) Bell 200 - daily doses for 3 days
D) Lyco 30 and Nux Vom 30 daily for 30 days.
E) Calc fluor 30X daily
I see each of the advices valuable and appropriate but is there a way to reconcile?

I had two excellent result with Nux Vom. 30 only in two cases in two weeks. Both infants were male child and their partents do not have happy married life with lot of quarrel between them.

Thank you Dr. Rakesh. Do you think Nux would have the same effect for Femoral Hernia too? How did you administer the remedy?

BTW Baby is not able to keep her milk and enriched formula down without thickening it with Simply Thick or (baby) rice ceral. This is the only other comlication other than the hernia.
What remedies are suggested to help her tolerate milk/ formula without thickening it?
Baby's mother is having problems with milk supply. What will help her in improving the quantity?
