The ABC Homeopathy Forum

depression, anxiety, extreme procrastination

Hello everyone

I have been reading the forum for months but have only now taken the jump to ask for help.

I have extreme anxiety, clinical depression and procrastination (to the extent that it has seriously affected my working life). I was severely abused and humiliated during my childhood. I also have extreme fatigue - and I am not really engaging with life at all and cannot focus: I have some ambitions but do not seem able to take action. I have mild anxiety upon leaving the house and it is worse when I meet people (worried of what they think of me), I also have extreme performance anxiety, stage fright, not sure of my purpose and have trouble making decisions.

Physically I suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome and also endometriosis. I am in my early 30s, I am female, 5' 3' and weigh 48 kilos.

I have trouble sleeping before 4 or 5am (don't feel 'safe') but when I am asleep I sleep soundly.

In the past I was seriously ill with encephalitis (which resulted in coma).

My mood can be worse just before period (my period is quite regular but i have the facial hair growth and other problems of PCOS). I seem to dwell on the past and seem unable to express the anger and pain i have felt, or to do the things necessary to move forwards. I have very low self-esteem and guilt (as if I feel like the worst person in the world, for no particular reason).

I have cold extremities, and have a tendency to bloodshot eyes, I am very oversensitive to what others think.

I only like warm drinks and prefer warm food.

Thank you!
D

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I should also mention that I have above average intelligence, sleep better on my right side, paint and (like to) write when I can manage to do so. I can 'see' what needs to be done, I have insight, but cannot seem to take action. I also have always had trouble attracting sufficient abundance into my life.

There are a few remedies in the first post, but it is always advisable to get as much information before suggesting a remedy in cases of severe depression, to avoid complications for the patient. regards
