Is it hyperacidity?

Hi,

Since 2-3 months I am feeling some hardness and burning sensation in right abdomen ( i think duodenum area). I am taking ayurvedic medicines since 2 months but no relief.Ayurvedic doctor is saying that my duodenum is not working properly so facing hyperacidity.

Following is the filled up form :--

1. Describe your main suffering?
buring sensation in the abdomen,hardness in the area between chest and the stomach side,Slight headache (heavyness),

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
hardness in the area between stomach and chest
(i think duodenum area)

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
laziness,mental hardness,nervousness


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
hardness in the area between stomach and the last bone in the chest,some kind of swelling

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
2 months back earlier my billrubium was 1.5, not checked since 2 months as doctor are saying its normal
till 2

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
in afternoon when there is hot and humid environment


7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
eating heavy food

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
I think change of place can be because i came to mumbai from bhopal and weather is too hot and humid here so it can be a cause.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
cold
10. Describe your general mental set up?
lazy,low energy in body.

they are good
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
fond of oily items like chicken,pizza,burger,non-veg

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
sometimes less

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
normal,while acidity less

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
oily items or heavy foods


16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

normal

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
in morning i feel swelling,my stomach muscle swells up after toilet and stool color is brown and semi solid.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Sleep is ok

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
yes,but i masturbate 2-3 times sometimes after that i feel weak as my structure is thin and tall 6 ft height and 47 weight.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
hardness in the area between stomach and chest
(i think duodenum area)



21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
yes, ayurvedic medicines.

cytozen capsules,
dabur restora tonic


22. What major diseases are running in your family?
no

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
thin and tall, 6ft height and 47 weight.

24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.


25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
I had jaundice 10 yrs back and my bilrubium mostly fluctuates in 1 - 1.7


Please tell me is it hyperacidity or what and whats the cure and how much time will it take to get cure as I want to be okay after 15 days due to marriage.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
chelidonium 30c thrice daily for 15 days no oily food drink sugar caine juice or reddish juice and eat papiota j k mohla

since your sensation is predominantly burning and sensitiveness of the epigastric region, CARBO VEG may be the right remedy for you.

if chelidonium doesnt work, you can try CARBO VEG 30C three times for 4 to 5 days.

But is it hyperacidity or what?.Doctors and ayurvedic doctor all are saying that its acid in your stomach and duodenum is also not working.

this symptom is called acute gastritis.

avoid hurry, curry and worry.
try to have at least undisturbed 6 to 7 hours of sound sleep. light exercise everyday to ensure good appetite and digestion.
