Hi rishimba, I got this injury while playing football.Normally ther is no pain or swelling. I am working in petro chemical plant, going up and down for working through staircase and pipe racks, then I feel some pain only and no swelling at all.If I work stress fully then the sevearity of the pain increase. If necessary i take one PONSTON forte 500 mg. The pain vanishes.

please take ARNICA 200C one dose everyday in the morning for a week.

based on the changes, we can suggest follow up remedies.

My same own problem was resolved by following recipe.

buy Flouric Acidum 30C and Formic Acidum 30C bottles both 30 ml. each.

First start wtih Flouric Acid 30, one dose of two drops, once a day. When the bottle ends in about 2-3 months.
Then
Start with Flouric Acidum and finish the bottle.
