arnica for hair regrowth
Hi i read somewhere that taking arnica orally can cause serious rise in blood pressure and real damage to heart.I want to start it for hair regrowth.my hair loss was 8 years ago due to AGA i don't have any shedding now but have bald spots at crown and hair thinning.

Hi thanks i am 30 and have 2 kids, during 2nd preg i had carpel tunnel which was gone after delivery.
Nothing else till now but my two older sisters my mom and 18 year old brother have had hair thinning of AGA pattern.
my dad is 61 and he had bypass when he was 53 and he is hypertensive too.(family history)

Look like You got some heredetry problem , but you can try (Calc phoss-6x) 4 tablets 3 times a day for 6 weeks then cantact me back please,OK

I M taking multi with zinc should zn be taken additionally.

Multi vitamin+zinc is ok you don't need to take extra zinc.
