immaturity at adulthood

As its known bart carb to be indicated in either in young or old people but for someone whos immature in old age say in 30s in some aspects like emotional aspect or not intelligent enough to cope with the currect fast world, not practical, not clever.


Will Bart carb 10m or cm. be ok or what do you suggest.

-says beauty attracts him

-not good at getting orders and taking responbilities
