Sex Problem, Please Help

I'm 31yr, 6ft, big figure, Indian complexion, overweight. I have been masterbationing 19/20 years. I have extreme suxual desire.

Problem:
My penis have got bent, I can't stay 30 secs even. When I try for the second time my penis does not become hard. my semen is very thin like water.
