Maxillary Sinusitis, Hypertrophy Turbinates

Please help me!
I have been diagnosed with maxillary sinusitis and hypertrophic turbinates. I have been suffering from a stuffy nose for the last 4 months, with no discharge through the nose. Worse from cold temperature and eating cold food and drinks. Better by lying down.
Please would you tell me what I could take to improve this condition? I would be very grateful

I had suffered from cold since 5 years & now have sore throat pain(right side with some pimples like symptoms) extending to right ear & right side throat gland, back & front side headache & occasionally nasal blockage.I have made a recent CT Scan test by the instruction of an ENT doctor and the report reveals Mucusal Thickening in Maxillary sinus so infection occurred frequently. please suggest me anyone any homeopathy remedies to get rid from it.
