did I overdose my 3 week old on carbo veg

I gave my son 5 pellets of carbo vegetabilis 30c aftere 2 hrs of screaming with nothing to comfort him....and he is very very sleepy and mellow now, almost unresponsive but breathing and olor is good...is overdose possible? and is this reaction normal

Don't worry. He will be O.K.

A correct medicine will induce peaceful sleep in childern, and it is normal.

Thank you, I was very worried. He is soooo sound asleep, sort of scary. Do you know the proper dosge for infants by any chance?

Normally two pellets are enough for childern.

Better to mix two pellets in about 10ml. of water and feed the water, instead of dry pellets.

Stop worrying. A single dose of any medicine is unlikely to create complications. More over carbo veg is one of the very safe medicines.

Don't disturb his sleep. :-)
