I was diagnosed with anaemia (possibly because of vegetarianism) around the same time that I started with this problem. I had another recent blood check for iron levels and they were back to normal until I stopped taking them after which I started feeling tired and dizzy. I have a problem with lethargy and am currently taking siberian ginseng together with iron tablets daily.

I have been checked for testerone levels and they are normal. My periods are regular and good. Although sometimes can be heavy but I attribute that to stress.

Apart from that, I am quite healthy and don't have any other problems.
