Foliculitous and genital warts

Hello all. Happy to be here and hope to make progress. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

My name in Marco. Im 27 single male. 165lbs (74kg) 5'10' (178cm)in USA. athlete

complaints:
1. bumps on back of arms (10+years?)
2. foliculitous on legs above knees and butt. (10+ years?)
3. genital warts (7 months)

Not a diabetic though grandfather on mothers side was.

No real strong urge towards sweets/sour or salt. light on each is prefered.

Thirst: I feel thirst very often but mouth not dry.

I have trouble with cold weather and too hot of whether causes excess sweating.

Tongue is pick and even toned.

BP is 127/70 with h.r. of 55 and has been this way for several years.

Small bumps on back of my arms between elbow and shoulder. They do contain white puss like pimpe might but thicker in consistancy.

On my legs and butt, bumps form around hair folicules becoming puss filled and often sore. Much of the time hair is unable to break through skin and becomes ingrown. Most common on front and back of thighs and on back of butt. Humid conditions generally make it worse but are still present though lessend in dry conditions.

Genital Warts are much more recent. Located on underside of penis and tip of penis into urethra. Sometimes itchy but not painful. They are flat red and soft. Sensitive but not in painful manner.

I do consume alcohol and cannabis on occansion and have smoked tobacco in the past. I am not currently smoking tobacco. I do drink coffe some mornings and drink a lot of tea.

I feel good most of the time and have good energy. I eat very well and exercise regularly.

Over the last 10 years I have been quite confused with the direction my life has been taking and have been frustrated by it and lacking confidence on many levels. Over the last year or so things changed dramatically for the better in my work and spiritual life. I do though have trouble still with confidence on a romantic level. Not with sex but more to do with relationship building. The bumps on my legs and now the warts make me feel quite uppealing sexually. I know it is in my mind but have trouble letting go.

My family life is good. Very supportive loving large family. We don't however talk intimatly enough about life and troubles etc..

I am not the most outgowing in social situations but will talk with anyone one-on-one in a very personal manner. I am also excellent with public speacking when prepared.

I get anxious but have learned to control it with breathing techniques. I am also very hard on myself mentally. I beat myslef up tremendously over the genital warts and the situation which led to their apperance.

A good bit of info I hope and will supply any additional as requested.

I do have strong urges to eat a specific spicy tofu dish almost weekly. Mapo tofu

please take THUJA 200C every six hours for 2 days.

wait for 10 days after that and note if the warts are drying up.
