Hi Rishimba, pls help
Hi Rishimba,I am 32 yrs old and married for last two yrs. I basically belong from India. Always my wife complains that my penis size is not upto her exection. Always I end up dis-satisfying her. By this time I am staying in UK and gone thru a good megazine - where they are selling an equipment which is nothing but a vaccum pump. It creates vaccum and provides space to elongate/grow the size of penish. according to them if i use this instrument for 3 months I will get a permanent well-build penis. There are many more oinments that helps increasing the size. But the vaccum pump is the one which i liked most, it is because i am expecting that this is a natural and may not be any side effect.
So my question is that reliable ? Does such vaccum can grow the cells ?
secondly, do u have any alternative suggestion ? Pls help.

Yes it does help to a certain extent over a period of time. As long as the pump is on,
blood is retained in an expanded space, thus working up the muscles.

as you have directed this query to me, i am trying to share my personal thoughts and experience on the subject.
in most cases, its not the size or length which matters. the girth matters to some extent. however, if it cant produce the reqired stimulation to bring an orgasm to your partner, men have to resort to alternate techniques to simulate the condition.
there is no homeopathic remedy to increase the natural size of the penis in a healthy human being.
try to stay longer as much as possible and ( if you know the rules of golf ) better give some handicap to yourself by stimulating her with alternate ways, without entering for some time.
by trial and error you would know the best time to enter so that she comes just before you do.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I am very happy with your suggestions. But the little disappointed from another angle. I feel it is a matter of confidance and probebly I fail to keep the confidance somewhere. Now I am really confused - whether should I go for that instrument or I should not, because nobody discussed/suggested about the negative side of this. It could have been great if anybody tells me the side effects of this instruments or other Oinments available in the market. Thank you all once again and looking for some valuable suggestions.
