Patches on head (Hair fall)

Hello Doctors (J K Mohla)

I am a 27 year old married man. My hair are falling. I am facing this problem scince last 4 years. Now on my forhead there are two patches. Till now i am not totaly bald on patches but there is only some small hairs. Now luckely by some care by me i am feeling very less hair fall.
But there is no improvment in patches area, and hair growth is very slow comparitively before 4 years.Could anybody help me out by this problem.

By nature i like warm weather(Not too much hot).

If my hair fall then there is some white and hard thing come out with hair. And hair can be two or more in once.

Since last 5 yerars i am out of my home (Hostel etc.)

Please suggest me what should i have to do??

Please tell me about the Arnica therpy and how much time i have to use that.

Hello doctors,

My new hair(Whos very small and thin) are also falling. My forehead is near to bald.
Please suggest some thing.
Can i grow my hair again or not. I m only 27 years old.
