Doctors,save me
I have masturbated a lot in my teens though I have given up now for 1 year,but normalcy has not restored.I could not understand when I read and see something.When I see anything I could not understand what should I do,it feels as if the brain has stopped functioning.Decision making ability,cognitive abilities,intelligent gone.When I see girls now no feelings,no sensation and urge.I like to shun them and afraid of sex.Persistent Pain in neck as if I have got chronic cervical spondylisis,pain in bones,falling visions,could not work for long as I get tired as try to gasp due to short breathe.Penis small,shrunken,senseless as if paralysed.I don't know whether I'll be ever well or not.There seems to be darkness and darkness.I don't know what to do ,whom to beg for help.Get anxious and body parts tremors sometimes feel no strength in limbs sometimes.The nervous power is gone.vilaschakra on 2007-12-19

First of all I like to thank you very much Dr.Mohla.By the way I have learnt that you were suffering from an eye problem.How is it now?May the Almighty make you fit and fine in no time.
Doctor,I would like to add on some more points to the posts I made last time.I have already given up masturbation since one year,but the problems are not giving me up.I think my vore resources are absolutely finished,ofcourse that is only I feel.Anyway the additional problems are:
1.Poor memory i.e.losing memorising abilty,memory retrival and loss of recollection.
2. Loss of thought power,could not gather up thoughts,reduced reflexes
3.Poor comprehension and grasp.
4.Poor decision making ability,judgemental ability.
5.COMPLETE LOSS OF SEXUAL INTEREST AND POWER.NO SENSATION AND INTEREST IN WOMEN/GIRLS.
6.Very poor semen quality in all respect
7.Weak mind and determination.
I feel that my brain has become very slow,exhausted and fatigued.The brain could not understand the situations and loose command over them and the nervous system has become extreemly weak.I feel there is loss of bone marrow which we term as 'Majja' in Ayurveda.There is also fall in vision and sometimes it get blurred.Simulataneous fall in vision with slowing down of brain,lethargy with sleep comes ata time.
8.Mind is hasty,racy,FEARFUL,VERY WORRIED ABOUT FUTURE AND CAREER
9.Very weak immunity,gets cold and other seasonal diseases easily.
10.Weak digestion and irregular bowel.
11.Weak bones
12.The internal,core energy and force is lost,for e.g. there in no bowel force.
13.Always a heavy feeling in total body
Please advise that shoud I start the medicines you already prescribed or there would be any alteration in your advise.

Doctor,I would like to add some more points to my problems.When I got the disease I used to feel pain in my testes,specially the right one.The pain was also there in the epididymis and vas deferens (I think).Why was it so? I feel little pain in them now,but rarely.Are my testes producing healthy sperms? Are they alright?Will I be able to marry and have children?The semen is watery and devoid of natural smell and I Already stated you that I do not find interest in love and sex now,as I feel very weak and tired from inside.
Will these problems can be cured permanently.Please guide me in these matters with specific answer to all the asked questions.
