URGENT REQUEST: Combination of problems, need serious help plz!

I'm 29 years old and a smoker. I got married 8 months ago. Things are going pretty decent but i have noticed that when i make love to my wife with condom on, its alright but without condom i ejaculate way too fast.. even with condom sometimes its a bit early ... so i'm really concerned that i am probably suffering from premature ejaculation problem. I understand that smoking plays a part in this as i have read several articles. So i'm planning to quit. Now i need your help doing all this.
I need help to quit smoking with less cravings and withdrawl symptoms to make it atleast a bit easy.
Second thing: I need help in this early ejaculation problem as it may lead to relationship problem in future, so i want to fix it fast if somehow possible.
I don't have any other medical history and for the record i've been smoking for about 12 years now around 10-15 cigs a day.
- For about 3 months we have been trying to conceive, but no luck so far. My wife's period is irregular for last couple of months, she said could be job related stress and sometimes we have arguments too at home, nothing serious, but i'm sure irregular period could be cause of not getting pregnant.
I'M BEGGING ALL YOU PROFESSIONAL FOLKS, PLEASE HELP ME HERE.. I WANT TO HAVE A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY WIFE AND WANT TO HAVE A CHILD NOW ... KINDLY HELP ME .. I BEG U.. PLEASE..

FOR THE RECORD, DR. MAHFOOZ SUGGESTED CALADIUM SEGUINIUM -200 ONE DOSE FOR A WEEK, I TRIED IT AND DIDN'T SEE NOTICEABLE EFFECT.

PLEASE HELP ME.

agnus castus 30c thrice daily for 0ne week then selenium 30c thrice for one week acid phos 30c thrice for 15 days give a gap of 3 days between the new medicine give pulsatilla 30c one dose daily for 7 days to wife repeat the same for three days after the period till regular period have sex only 0n 12 th 14 th 16 th day after the period only j k mohla

Thank you very kindly Dr. j k mohla. I really appreciate the prompt response. BUT
I'm a bit confused about the procedure u told me for my wife .. i.e., lets say her period started 2 days ago, now it may take me few days to get this medicine. should i start giving her as soon as i get it? also repeat procedure ? like lets say her period is over by 24th, so give her medicine on 25, 26, 27 ? also sex on 12, 14 and 16 day means ... the first day after her period ends, start counting?
I'M SO SORRY, I'M ACTING LIKE A GOOF HERE, BUT JUST WANNA DO IT RIGHT ......
