kidney failure!!! urgent

HELP!!!! got to know last night that my dog is Dying.... his kidneys are damaged... his creatinine count is 19.5 mg/dlvs normal range of 0.5-1.30; his BUN (blood urea nitrogen) is 202.26mg/dl vs normal range of 4.70-23.40;Urea is 433.10mg/dl vs normal range of 10-50. IS THERE ANY Homeopathic medicine I can put him on. he is walking around but is not eating and is vomiting. My vet says to put him to sleep. HELP PLEASE.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give him an hourly dose of Eel Serum 30C for a day and then once a day for 2 weeks.

Do not feed him any food containing fish.

thanx... also took him to homeoptahy doc out here and have started him on eel serum - thanks a lot really.

Go to Dr nikam, pimpri,pune as i have seen that he can treat kidney cases suessessfully & avoid dialysis

1) Apis Mel-200 (5 drops per day)
2) Vesicaria-Q (5 ml in little water or milk) repeat it after 2 hours for 3/4 days and report.

can anybody send me th conatct details of dr. naikam from pune asap as my wife is also advised dialysis and transplant and time is against her?
