Minor Kidney pain

I am a 37 year old male and have been experiencing mild kidney pain for the last week. No blood in my urine, no loss of appetite or over tiredness.

I have been using Vicoden with a high dose of APAP due to two disk surgeries over the past few years. I have also been using 60mg of Cymbalta for mild depression and drink alcohol on occasion.

I have read that this may cause problems for the liver/Kidneys so I have stopped everything three days ago and the pain seems to have subsided a bit but still remains.
I have experienced this type of discomfort before after a night of lets say, over indulgence but the pain would go away after a day or so.

Please advise if this is something I should be seriously concerned with.
