Body,penis........ Please read and advise

Doctors,I used to masturbate as I have stated in my previous posts.Now for that I have lost all my sexual powers and desires.I cannot think,have no nervous sensations,No erection,no ejaculation.I have no SEMEN,testicles have become small and penis is only 1.5 -2 inches.It is rubbery,shrunken and devoid of all senses.Eminent doctors in this forum have said that I have become very weak due to loss of vital fluids and that has turned me to an anaemic also.I also feel that my body from inside has become dry,very dry.Are my endocrine glands performing well?How can the dryness be remedied?I have lost all my powers,sexual,mental ,physical all.I am very poor in immunity.My skin,lips crack easily in winter after applying good creams also.MY PENIS IS DRY,WITHERED.IT SEEMS AS IT IS DEAD.NOSENSATION AND ERECTION EVEN AFTER SEEING EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL GIRLS.I was not like this.I was very intelligent,a good student.I was a champion in studies and sports.My sexual power was enormous and this excessive sexual power has led me to undue and deadly destruction af the semens and vital powers.Doctor Mohla,Dr.Rehman and other eminent doctors have prescribed me medicines like China and Acid Phos.I have not started the course.Please help me so that I can have normal and sufficient reserve and production of semen.MEDICINES THAT WILL NATURALLY INCREASE PRODUCTION OF GOOD SEMEN AND HEALTHY SPERMS.
Doctors,I want to be normal again.Doctors,can I ever marry and give birth to children?Will I be having a satisfied sexual functioning in my married life.
I have started leading a disciplined life and ready to make good the loss,to atone for my wrong deeds that I have done in my ignorance.
Please answer my questions and give your presciptions and advises.

Doctors,one more thing .Before I became semen less,weak-brain,impotent,i.e before having all these problems when i used to masturbate I felt some pain in my testicles,mainly the right one ahd then came all these problems gradually.However now there is no such pain.I felt more pains in the testicle veins after I had an erection.Gradually the semen volume came down and quality also dropped became smellless,transparent and then came all these problems.Now there is no sense in penis,severe pain in neck and occiput,severe pain in lowr back and limbar,no sexual desire and power,no semen,penis 1.5 inch,no sense,very poor memory and vision.Please help.
