waist : now a days 42', height : 5'08'
weather : Pakistan in between extremes low temperature -01 c high 50 c
food : 4 days in a week beef , 2 days meal outside
job : sitting mostly , no hard work, 2 night duties
sweat and sour both eat
2 year married
Disease: since age of 12 there is problem of bleeding in stool ,there was an operation of mild annus in this respect
since 1990 constipation and atching inflamation in rectum with blood in stool
no proper medical; treatment
after 1998 treatment of piles(permenent pile like extention out of the rectum)in homopathy started but permently not cure only bleeding or itaching burning in rectum stop for timebeing
In 2005 Dr told it not piles these are warts and fissures
since 1999 there is problem of white thick fluid excreated comes during facees or before stool come out when apply push out facees stool
after marriage it decreases but thin
now bleeding occasionly and buring is not
I mastrbutated since age of 15 to age 35
now it seems I have no penis,
if it erected but not feel hardness, feel nothing ,no pleasure in intercourse, after 6 or 8 storks ejculation , but having strong desire for sex
I have 2 kids Wife : 39 years
main problem Premature ejculation,thin semen,loose erection

Either these warts may vanish without operation
