Acid Reflux? Ignatia?

I am a 24 year old female. I have had issues with heartburn and acid reflux for many years, but I was recently put on Prescription Prilosec about 3 months ago. It started getting really bad after/during meals. I would feel shortness of breath and 'catchin' in my chest. Originally my doctors thought that it was allergies affecting my asthma, so they put me on Advair and Singular. After those did not help, they turned to Prilosec. For about a week now, I have been feeling sick to my stomach, burning sensations in my throat and stomach, and sore throat from acid coming up. I have tried Tums and OTC acid reducers, as well.

I have been looking at other options since these drugs are not working. I have been depressed since 5t grade when I changed schoold and my grandmother died. I was officially diagnosed Manic Depressive when I was 15 and bipolar II when I was about 18 or 19 years old. I have tried numerous medication for this, as well. Currently, I am on 200 mg of Lamictal and 300 mg of Lithium/day.

I saw articals about Ignatia where it is an emotional disorder commonly found in women and it often has migranes, acid reflux, and nettle-like rashes associated with it. I have had migraines for years and a couple weeks ago, I developed a rash that stumped my doctors.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on and if Ignatia might be what I have?

Please Help. Thanks!
