Dear bee_fly,

I agree with Murthy regarding exercises for breast development. The biggest problem however is that the adipose tissue (fat lobules) in your breasts increase and decrease in size as you lose weight or have hormonal changes.

Logically when the size of the lobules of adipose tissue increases your breast size/cup size will also increase. Most of the creams potions and lotions available do exactly that. It increases fat deposition in the adipose tissue, which increases the size of the lobules, which would increase your breast/cup size.

There are 4 hormones relevant to this discussion. Prolactin, Placental lactogen, Oestrogen and Progesterone. The latter two are more active in your body especially within your menstrual cycle. You will notice that your breasts are a little bit bigger towards the end of your cycle. Another time where your breasts are naturally bigger is during pregnancy as there are more hormone influx and also milk ducts involved.

By supplementing the above hormones topically or orally with phyto-estrogens and other herbal combinations you normally get positive results. It is however not always as effective as is hoped for. The moment most women loose weight they also have a decrease in breast size and the breasts become flabby again.

To get to a possible answer:
1. By falling pregnant you would be able to increase your breast size naturally.
2. Any one of the topical or oral applications have a combination of herbs and phyto-estrogens to ultimately increase fat deposition in your breasts.
3. In previous topics homeopathic treatment possibilities were discussed

Unfortunately there is no real true answer for long lasting effects and what might work for you might not work for the next one.

Bee, what worries me though is that your husband causes an emotional crisis for you. So much so that you think it is impossible to be a women in every sense of the word if you have small breasts. That is totally untrue. You are physiologically perfect!!
You also might have a genetic predisposition to smallish breasts because your mother and grandmother are also small breasted.

It is in my opinion not your breast size causing your said depression but rather your husbands negative remarks that causes it.
