I think you mean allopathic treatment judging by the title of the thread?
If this is the case, be aware that allopathic medicines do not cure this disease, they just render it non-fatal, by destroying the infective agent. The actual 'disease' itself is miasmatic, and therefore, unless this is treated Homoeopathically, it, and it's symptoms will always be present.
There are certain standard remedies which are almost always indicated in cases of actual acquired T.B, and the primary remedy used in this situation seems to be indicated, but please give a fuller account of your symptoms. Include such things as time aggravations, ALL physical symptoms, your mental state etc etc, so the correct remedy may be suggested.

there is no physical problem. no weight loss or any other thing.
only slight cough is there now.mental state is also normal--like anxiety or fear or any thing else.

You are giving too scanty info...
How did it all start ?
Unless you give a detailed account of your case...a homeopath cannot help you.
There are serious and capable people here who are willing to help you.

Hmm, in your original post you stated the cough was like the beginnings of TB, which would be described as a lot more than just a slight cough. How bad is this?
