Thankx J K Mohla.I will follow ur advice. But is there any possibility that i may be suffering from thyroid problem.should i go for some thyroid tests?

You do sound like you could have a hyperthyroid, however you also sound like you could have a digestive problem. Specifically have you considered celiac sprue aka celiac? I think you may find it addresses many of your concerns and could be primary to a secondary thyroid autoimmne problem (Hashimoto's) which could be causing you to be hyperthyroid at this time.

Hello shelly!

I read your total symptoms, but there is a symptoms which you did not told us which is- restlessness,example- you have a appoinment with some body at 8 o clock but you arrive always half an hour before, another symptoms you miss- when you plan to go some where instantly feel the urging for urination, if my question is right then you should take Argentum Nitricum 6,or 30 power medicine twice daily each time 2drops.

Hi shelly,im not interfering in the advices of other doctors. In my openion you should take Allumina 30 morning and night.Mixed 2drop of medicine in 30ml of pure drinking water, take morning and night befor half an hour of your food.Continue this medicine upto 7days and back with report of thyroid test. Thanks, malaker

Check adrenal function first. Adrenal tumors or problems can mimic those symptoms exactly. You say you have heart palpitations: is your heart rate erratic? Do you sweat? Do you feel worse after eating certain types of food? Are you nervous all the time? Do you have pain in back or sides?
