skin rash on 7yr olds. upper arms

my 7 yr old has a rash on his upper arms that is dry, reddish with small white-ish bumps. I have had him on sulfur 30 for a time, which helped, but only minimally.

he is healthy, active and very good otherwise. he does not react well digestively to milk and milk products so he does drink rice milk instead of cows milk. I think that this may be parasites, he had a rash sometime ago of small white patches that went away when i gave him nux vomica with Cuprum Oxydatum Nigrum. this worked for the rash at that time. He has had this current rash since he was about 2 or so, but on and off. he does, sometimes, grind his teeth and he really loves to eat fish which is why i think this is maybe parasites. but the rash is only on his upper arms so a homeopath in the past thought maybe it was the vaccines he received as a baby. since then he has not received vaccines.

please i would appreciate any advice you can provide.
thank you so much!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What about his digestion. Is he cheerful and playful all the day.

thank you for your response. he does have a lot of gas, smelly and potent at times so i have eliminated dairy. the gas has gotten better but is still present. he is cheerful, very active and very competitive. he is difficult to wake up.
