Sinus(not respiratory)

Hello,
I have a sinus tract below my scrotal sack ( it had openened and the pus had come out about 1 and a half years back and it has developed to a sinus tract) .

i was advised surgery .my grandfather was studying homeopathy just as a hobby and he recommended me to take silicea . he gave something else too. he told me to take 4 pills of this silicea once in 3 days at night after food ( about 15 mins after food ). and some other thing ( forgot name ) twice a day ...

i have been taking it for the past 12 days . the secretions have not completely gone but its nature has changed . it is solidifying and sticking to the hairs around that region ..

can homeopathy cure my problem ?

how long will it take for the secretions to stop and then the wound to heal fully?
am i taking the right drugs ? what is your recommendation ? what do u think i should take ?

thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Which potency of Silicea did you take and also which side right or left etc.

no problem... stop the remedies and gradually note the changes for another 10 days.

report back after 15 days.

the cure will be gradual and has set in.
