Glucoma

My mother is around 62 years old and has High Blood Pressure and Sugar. She is on insulin and alopathic BP medicine. She had been operated for Glucoma around 15 years back for both eyes. Since last few months she is experiencing some problem in her vision and went for an eye checkup. The doctor did Field and told that she might be developing glucoma again though she is putting Glucomol 0.5 since her operation.
Is there any remedy in homeopathy to prevent/treat glucoma.

Thanks

please describe her symptoms in your own words.

whats the actual problem in her vision..

describe in a lay man's language without using any medical terms.

Her visio is not very clear. She complains about it being hazy (in hindi if i say it is Dhundla dikayee dena). Her Diabities is also fluctuating a lot. Recently it fell to 60, usually it is around 130 and at times reaches to 180-200.

Thanks

She had a checkup today and she is not having Glucoma. I forgot to tell that she had operation for Cataract for both eyes around 6-7 years back. She is complaining of less vision from her right eye.
